In the beginning: the project

So once there was this website, and somebody stumbled it, and it had this great idea. This idea where people would "bake" plaster of Paris cupcakes, and leave them in public places for people to find.

At about the same time there was also a boy. A boy who discovered a disposable camera project. And this project, and this website, sparked an idea.

We've created these cupcakes for you. They are our gift to a world that moves too fast. A world that forgets to stop, and smile. Each cupcake has a number on the bottom, and our idea is that people will find our cupcakes and tell us here on this site where they found them. But then we want them to pass the joy along. Leave your cupcake for someone else to find, and leave them a copy of the instructions so they know where to go to register.

It's the little things that change the way we think, and in turn change the world.

Smile. You're beautiful.
